What is Trauma?
Trauma is basically an emotional response to the horrible events in life. Denial and shock are its immediate products but long lasting are the flashbacks, fear,physical disturbance like headaches etc.
Trauma might be of three types.
Acute,chronic and complex.
Single bad incidents cause acute trauma.
Chronic traumas are results from repeated invasive events like domestic violence.
Complex traumas are the result of a huge repetition of traumatic events.
Traumatic reactions are mostly out of understanding.These includes sometimes a severe reaction and sometimes normal responses to the same things.Traumatic person changes from a bright spark to a very ordinary person where he suffers a lot of anger, anxiety, regression and all other negative feelings.

But she couldn’t move on because she decided to take a shortcut instead of passing through suffering.Her all wounds bleed until she doesn’t process this agony that she has been rejected. Flawed healings are the results of such shortcut decisions that we made in life.”
All bad events in life leave marks on us.We often feel jerks of flashbacks.These jerks are the signs to us that there is something unhealed and unprocessed in mind.

Healing is itself a struggle to become healthy again. The seven steps of healing are Denial,anger, bargain, depression,acceptance,Love entering in and Love consuming. Healing can be done by relaxation through breathing,yoga and self talk.Healing is not a linear process rather it has a lot of curves,bends and then it’s again linear.It makes us feel to be healed,wounded, healed and wounded again.It brings a lot of learning.It shows worth of a man himself. But it comes only if one is correctly healing himself instead of taking shortcuts.
