Diets for Physical and Mental health -
Eating is the essential part of life.Without it, their is no concept of being alive in the world.But what type of diet should we take? It’s normal to use any sort of diet to fulfill our requirements?Is there any criteria to being taken up by all the essential supplements that we need or not 🚫.
A famous saying is;
“Eat,drink and be merry.”
We all follow it,We all eat and drink but we all don’t enjoy the last but not the least part of this proverb that is ‘’Be Merry”.
Is avoiding junk food is a key element for taking healthy food?
In order to find a healthy diet plan,the things that comes to mind first is to avoid junk food. But the thing to understand is that avoiding junk food is not the main element of taking healthy food .Our stomach needs all kinds of supplements as it has requirements too.When we suddenly give up on any kind of food,it takes a long time to realize.So if we are habitual of eating junk foods,we shouldn’t stop taking it but we should decide to take these foods for a once per week. Slowly give up on things has long lasting effects.
HERE ARE SOME HEALTHY DIET DISCUSSION FOR BOTH BODY AND BRAIN;
1-Dates:
Dates contain Vitamin B-6 which is extremely good for mental health. The deficiency of Vitamin B-6 lead to Depression so daily intake of three dates can help us to avoid from it.
“As the high levels of IL-6 (interleukin 6) causes an enhanced risk of Neuro diseases like Alzheimer’s . The balanced use for dates is helpful for lowering IL-6 in the brain”.
A Research at King Abdulaziz University ,Saudi Arabia took place that found the dietary supplementation with dates have an increased effect on mood and performance.”
So the use of Date should be mandatory in our diet plan .

2: Fig;
Fig is tremendously helpful in getting Healthy body. It’s importance can be measure from the fact that it has been given different names in different languages i-e, Injeer in Bengali, Teen in Arabic,Hinjeer in Punjabi and many other names in other languages.
Fig basically contains Protein,sugar and many minerals which are helpful for body.It also contains a huge amount of Vitamin A and C.
According to the experts,
The very first tree after the birth of very first human being came to an existence was the tree of Fig.In the Holy book Of Muslims,The Fig is mentioned there.
3: Oats;
Oat has been used since thousands of years due to its significance.
It contains Vitamin B-6.
It has been used for the treatment of Insomnia,stress,anxiety, depression and nervous exhaustion.
In some countries, January is celebrated as “The month of oat”.
These above mentioned healthy foods descriptions are very few of total but these are rare to use for both Mental as well as physical health.
