 ~What a hope to mind,When all around is dark ~

Darkness is basically a point where all monsters of the human mind attack together i-e hopelessness, anxiety,insomnia, depression etc.while it’s confusing whether darkness causes depression or depression causes darkness.

By knowing our own darkness,we can deal better with each other’s darkness.Darkness has a physical appearance but why does it feel in light too?Why are its impacts and sensations far more long lasting than its existence period? These are all “Why” ends up by saying that actually darkness is present in our mind and thoughts that show us a very dim view of brightness.

Darkness surrounds people when they give up at hope.Hope does offer people with blessings which are hidden in the darkness of thoughts.It Offers them to see the version of circumstances that are hidden under hardships.We all human beings face the same mix of feelings and emotions in our lives.

We all feel good,bad, superior,inferior,happy,sad,love,to be loved, sympathetic and empathetic.we all go through the same feelings in life.The major and the only difference of feelings is make by our point of view of pondering things.When people give up hope they become prey of darkness.They suffer mental illness.They see negative aspect in every phase of their life.

“I guess at one point in life,We all feel the way when everything around prompts us to give up.But don’t you think that it’s the last trick to test the struggler?”

People with dark thoughts have a very pessimistic view of life.They can’t control their thinking because their thinking takes control over them.Firstly,they cease themselves in conversations.Mostly people with such conditions suffer Hallucinations become victims of Schizophrenia.

“Day 25th of darkness is a term that refers to people’s condition facing traumas since past time.Every passing day causes an increase in their troubles and mental illness because they act like normal but they have to fight their battles in reality and in their mind as well. They face a harsh view of life where they feel all their qualities vanish due to the monsters they face emotionally.”
